About Our Founder
Caryn Ogier
AIA, LEED AP, PMP
Caryn Ogier is a dynamic and experienced professional, combining her expertise as a Registered Architect and Interior Designer in Texas with certifications as a LEED AP, NCARB certificate holder, and Project Management Professional (PMP). After graduating from Rice University, Caryn began her career at a Houston architecture firm, where she quickly became fascinated by the strategic decisions and challenges faced by project owners. This curiosity led her to pursue roles that allowed her to immerse herself in the owner's perspective, helping clients achieve remarkable project outcomes by aligning their vision with sound execution.
Caryn’s passion for excellence has made her a trusted partner for businesses, offering a blend of strategic insight, creativity, and leadership to drive success. Her commitment to maximizing both financial and human capital has set her apart in the industry, ensuring her clients exceed their goals.
Outside of her professional life, Caryn is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), having served in leadership roles at both local and state levels. She continues to volunteer for Architecture Center Houston’s annual Gingerbread Build-off competition. At home, she shares her life with her husband (and their exotic cat). Caryn enjoys learning, traveling to new places, painting, drawing, and diving into great books—ask her for a recommendation anytime!
